Create your Spot account at brixxle.com, it takes about a minute.
Enter your venue name, email, and a password, then choose the Event Spot account type and tell us what kind of place you run. We'll send a verification link to your inbox, click it and you land straight in your Spot dashboard.

Add each venue on your Locations page. Search for the address and BRIXXLE pins it on the map, then set that venue's own phone number, opening hours, and time zone, each one is independent, so a second site in another city keeps its own details.
Every event you publish is attached to one of your venues, so guests always know exactly where they're going. Your venues stay on the BRIXXLE map even between events, which earns you visibility on the quiet nights too.

Name the event, set the date, choose which of your venues it runs at, upload media, set your pricing, and add services. Save a draft at any point, it only goes live on the BRIXXLE map when you hit Publish.

Set the pattern and BRIXXLE generates the whole run, every Friday for the next three months, each one its own event with its own tickets and its own door. Edit a single date, or edit the entire series.

Create as many ticket types as you like, each with its own price and quantity. Running a free event? Switch on Free / RSVP and set a capacity, guests reserve a free ticket you can still scan at the door.
Selling paid tickets? Choose how the small BRIXXLE fee is handled, per event.
The BRIXXLE fee is 6% + $0.49 per paid ticket when you absorb it, or 3% + $0.49 each side when you split it with the patron. The same rate applies to cabanas, tables and services. Free tickets carry no fee, and there is nothing else deducted from your payout.

Lay out your cabanas, booths, or tables once and set a price for each. Guests book and pay at checkout alongside their tickets, and the money reaches you the same way.
A held spot releases itself after three minutes if the guest doesn't finish checkout, so nothing sits blocked by an abandoned cart.

The Payout dashboard shows gross sales, BRIXXLE fees, your net, and your available balance, pulled live so the numbers are always real. Tickets, cabanas, and services all pay out together, straight to your connected bank.
Every purchase and payout is processed by Stripe Secure Payment: PCI DSS Level 1 certified, encrypted checkout that never touches BRIXXLE servers, and a payout account verified by Stripe before any funds move.
