1. Event flyer

REQUIRED
Upload your poster. We read it and fill in the rest, and it becomes the hero image on your listing.
How this works
JPG, PNG, WebP or GIF up to 12MB. A wide image shows best at the top of your page; a tall one is cropped to a band across its middle.

2. Event name

What is the event called?
How this works
The name people will see and search for. Keep it the way you would say it out loud.
We check that each link opens before your event goes live.

4. Description

REQUIRED
Tell people what the event actually is. Twenty words or more.
How this works
The music, the room, the crowd, what makes it worth the trip. Twenty words is the floor, not the target.

5. Category

REQUIRED
Help people find you. Genre and sub genre are needed; style is a bonus.
How this works
Three levels, narrowing down. The more you set, the more searches you turn up in.

6. Schedule

REQUIRED
When does it start, and how long does it run? Date and start time are needed.
How this works
Pick how long it runs and we work out the end time, even past midnight. The time zone comes from your venue once you pick it in Location.

7. Location

Type your venue, then pick it from the Google list. It turns green when it is locked in.
How this works
Picking from the list means the pin lands exactly right and the city, region and time zone fill themselves in. That is what puts you on the map and in near me searches.
