You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or purchase tickets. By using the Service you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you are responsible for activity under your account, including keeping your password secure.

BRIXXLE supports several roles, including event seekers, promoters, service providers, venues, advertisers, and administrators. The features available to you depend on your role. You agree to use each role only for its intended purpose and not to misrepresent your identity, your affiliation, or your authority to list an event or business.

Promoters are solely responsible for the accuracy of the events they list, including dates, times, locations, pricing, age restrictions, and any services offered. BRIXXLE reviews and may approve, reject, edit, or remove listings, but does not guarantee that any event will take place as described. Promoters must hold the rights and permissions needed to list an event and to use any images, logos, or media they upload.

Ticket purchases are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. When you buy a ticket, you authorize the charge shown at checkout, including any applicable fees and taxes. A ticket is valid only for the event, date, and tier for which it was issued and is subject to the promoter's entry rules. Tickets are redeemed through BRIXXLE's check-in process and may be void if duplicated, transferred in violation of these Terms, or obtained fraudulently. BRIXXLE is not the merchant of record for every transaction and acts as a platform connecting seekers and promoters.

Unless stated otherwise on the event listing or required by law, refund and cancellation decisions are set by the promoter of each event. If an event is cancelled, the promoter is responsible for honoring any refund it has offered. Contact the promoter, or reach us at events@brixxle.com, with refund questions. Payment-processing fees may be non-refundable.

BRIXXLE may charge fees for ticketing, promotion, advertising, or other paid features. Fees applicable to a transaction are shown before you confirm it. Advertising features, where offered, may be billed on a per-impression or other basis disclosed at the time you purchase them.

You agree not to use the Service to post unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, or misleading content; to interfere with the platform's operation or security; to scrape or harvest data without permission; or to circumvent ticketing, check-in, or fee controls. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You retain ownership of content you upload, but you grant BRIXXLE a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content on the Service for the purpose of operating and promoting events. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to grant this license.

The Service relies on third parties including Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and infrastructure providers. Your use of features powered by these providers may also be subject to their terms. BRIXXLE is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third parties.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. BRIXXLE does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any event will meet your expectations. To the extent permitted by law, BRIXXLE's liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid to BRIXXLE for the transaction giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
