Last updated: June 2026This Privacy Policy explains how Event World, Inc. (“BRIXXLE,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use the BRIXXLE platform (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
1.Information we collect
We collect the following, depending on how you use BRIXXLE:
- Account information — your name, email address, and the role you sign up under. Passwords are handled by our authentication system and stored in hashed form; we do not see them in plain text.
- Profile details — optional information you add, such as event preferences.
- Payment information — when you buy a ticket, payment is processed by Stripe. Card details are entered with Stripe and are not stored on BRIXXLE's servers. We retain records of the transaction (such as amount, event, and a Stripe reference).
- Event and ticket activity — events you view, tickets you purchase, and check-in status.
- Communications — messages you send us, including through the contact form.
- Technical data — basic information your browser provides, used to operate and secure the Service.
2.How we use your information
We use your information to create and manage your account; to process ticket purchases and issue tickets; to send transactional email such as confirmations and account notices; to review and publish event listings; to provide support; to keep the platform secure and prevent fraud or abuse; and to improve the Service.
3.Service providers we share data with
We share data with third parties only as needed to run the Service:
- Stripe — payment processing for ticket purchases.
- Resend — delivery of transactional and notification email.
- Hosting and database infrastructure — the providers that host BRIXXLE and store its data.
Promoters receive the information necessary to manage entry to their events (for example, that a valid ticket exists and its check-in status). We do not sell your personal information.
4.Email and notifications
We send transactional emails (such as ticket confirmations and account messages) that are part of the Service. Where we send optional updates, you can opt out. Account-related and purchase-related messages are not optional while you hold an account or ticket.
5.Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can ask us to delete your account; some records tied to completed transactions may be retained where the law requires.
6.Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to request a copy of your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at events@brixxle.com. We will respond consistent with applicable law.
7.Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and restricted access to sensitive data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8.Children
BRIXXLE is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
9.Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised policy.
